LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Plant Controller to lead financial operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on experience in cost accounting, SAP, and QAD ERP systems, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive performance and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all plant-level financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close.
• Lead cost accounting efforts to ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.
• Utilize SAP and QAD ERP systems to maintain financial data integrity and streamline reporting processes.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to identify cost efficiencies and support strategic initiatives.
• Deliver clear and actionable financial insights to senior management through regular reporting and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting with a strong focus on cost accounting.
• Proficiency in both SAP and QAD ERP systems is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of team development and operational support.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
