Job Duties included but not limited to:

MUST have recent Mortgage Processing Experience in the last 12 months

• Must have recent Mortgage Processing Experience in the last 12 months
• Gather and submit loan conditions to UW
• Work with MLO and MLO assistant to insure a quick and smooth process for clients
• Reviews all verification reports such as credit report, income, appraisals, asset verifications, etc.
• Responds to the more complex inquiries regarding loan applications. Compiles and organizes the entire loan package for the underwriter.
• Communicates and corresponds with the Mortgage Consultants, borrowers, title companies, etc. regarding the status of loans.
• Issues final approval and inputs approval data into database
• Upon approval of loan, coordinates with escrow regarding ordering documents and verifies all underwriting conditions have been met. Orders loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting
• Manage loan process through mortgage software system
• Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
• Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives
• Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must be organized
• Must be able to fund 15 plus loans a month
• Previous experience with mortgage loan processing required
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
