Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences and lobby engagement activities.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Focused – knowledgeable of PNC values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Managing Risk – assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
