A day in the life:
As the Sr. HR Systems Analyst & Integrations Lead, you are a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for the stability, scalability, and integration of the company’s HR technology ecosystem. This role serves as the technical owner for HR systems integrations, data flows, and system optimization, supporting a workforce across multiple geographies and business units. This position partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Security, and external vendors to ensure seamless system connectivity, accurate data exchange, and an excellent employee and manager experience.
The impact you'll make:
- Own end-to-end HR systems integrations strategy, including design, implementation, monitoring, and optimization. Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity by leading HR systems integration planning and execution.
- Manage application programming interface (APIs), middleware (e.g., Boomi, Workato, Mulesoft), secure file transfer protocol (SFTP), flat files, and vendor-delivered integrations.
- Act as the primary technical lead for integrations across HR Systems, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, applicant tracking system (ATS), learning management system (LMS), Finance, and third-party SaaS platforms. Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Serve as senior administrator for the core human capital management (HCM) (e.g., Workday, UKG, Dayforce, ADP, SAP Success Factors). Configure and maintain business processes, workflows, eligibility rules, security roles, and data governance standards.
- Lead system upgrades, releases, regression testing, and change management activities. Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual work through system enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all connected systems. Partner with HR and Analytics teams to support reporting, dashboards, and workforce insights. Support audits, SOX controls (if applicable), data privacy (general data protection regulation/California consumer privacy act), and security requirements. Establish and maintain integration documentation, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and integration designs. Manage vendor relationships related to integrations, including issue resolution and roadmap discussions.
- Establish integration standards, best practices, and monitoring processes. Lead root cause analysis for integration failures and data issues.
- Mentor junior HR Systems Analysts and contribute to overall HR Technology team capability building.
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- More than 7 years experience in HR Systems, including hands-on integrations ownership.
- Between 3-5 years of experience in Leading or architecting complex HR system integrations in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
- Experience with Greenhouse and other ATS systems is preferred.
- Strong Excel proficiency required. Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and system integrations. Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and SOX/controls environments. Experience with APIs, SFTP, file-based integrations, and middleware platforms.
- Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or HR certifications (e.g., Workday Pro, UKG certifications, SHRM-CP).
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual salary of $86,250 - $115,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
