Care Recruitment Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish Required)
Location: Corona, California
Schedule: Full-Time / Hybrid | Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Travel: Regular local travel + occasional community events

Position SummaryAs a Care Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Respite Care Providers. You'll collaborate with HR and Care Coordination teams to meet staffing needs, represent Inland Respite at events, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and interview Respite Care Provider candidates
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate background checks, orientations, and compliance steps
- Post job ads and update recruitment materials
- Represent Inland Respite at job fairs, community events, and outreach programs
- Collaborate with internal teams on hiring needs and recruitment strategies
- Track and report candidate progress and market trends
- Assist with onboarding and continuous process improvements
- Support recruitment-related administrative projects and training
- High school diploma or GED required (associate's degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
- Office-based with travel to local events and service sites
- Sitting for long periods, computer use, occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Physical activity includes walking, bending, carrying supplies
- May require occasional overtime or weekend work
