Care Recruitment Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish Required)

Location: Corona, California

Schedule: Full-Time / Hybrid | Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Travel: Regular local travel + occasional community events

Position Summary

As a Care Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Respite Care Providers. You'll collaborate with HR and Care Coordination teams to meet staffing needs, represent Inland Respite at events, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview Respite Care Provider candidates
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate background checks, orientations, and compliance steps
  • Post job ads and update recruitment materials
  • Represent Inland Respite at job fairs, community events, and outreach programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams on hiring needs and recruitment strategies
  • Track and report candidate progress and market trends
  • Assist with onboarding and continuous process improvements
  • Support recruitment-related administrative projects and training
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required (associate's degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS platforms
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Work Environment &

Physical Requirements
  • Office-based with travel to local events and service sites
  • Sitting for long periods, computer use, occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
  • Physical activity includes walking, bending, carrying supplies
  • May require occasional overtime or weekend work
