Required Experience

Minimum 3-5 Years of Technical Automotive experience

Required Skills

* Prior Facilitation at either a technical college or vocational program

* Knowledge of adult learning theory

* Knowledge of Process Improvement principles

* Excellent presentation and listening skills

* Dealership process diagnosis abilities

* Personal Computer skills in the major MS Office applications:
PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc, and the internet.

* Highly competent facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills

* Self-motivated and well organized - a continuous student of automotive technology

* Personal Computer skills in the major office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Access

* Team Player - ability to build and sustain credibility with dealers, AE teams and Academy

* Ability to understand how a top performing dealership functions to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
