A Day in the Life

The Promotional Claims Project Specialist will work closely with the Accounting Project Manager, internal and external users, leadership across multiple departments, and IT to monitor and manage support requests related to current and future accounting platforms, ensuring timely issue resolutions and process efficiencies.

The Project Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the efficient operation of internal accounting.

• Managing accounting and related digital platforms: track and test bug tickets, verify production releases, manage portal access requests, and troubleshoot technical issues with end users for Invoice & Samples Portals and future accounting or digital platforms.
• Maintain organized records of support requests, bug reports, and testing results.
• Provide and/or manage general end‑user support via email and Teams meetings.
• Provide support, conduct trainings, and develop materials such as SOPs for accounting platform end users.

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years coordinating projects.
• Minimum one year of experience in accounting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent multitasking skills—able to move between tasks quickly.
• Creative thinker who can recognize discrepancies and goes beyond procedural steps.

$26 – $30 USD per hour (estimated; actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location).
