You'll handle a caseload of engaging family la w matters on behalf of professionals and business owners who value smart, strategic advocacy. From divorce and custody disputes to complex financial settlements, this firm is committed to ethical, effective representation-not drama. With a strong support staff, personal and professional coaching, and a low billable requirement of just 1515 hours annually, you'll be set up for success from day one.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a caseload of 50-80 active cases
• Appear in most SoCal courts for hearings, motions, and trials
• Handle all aspects of divorce, custody, support, and parentage matters
• Draft motions, agreements, and conduct legal research
• Negotiate settlements and communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Compensation:

• Junior Attorneys:
  Up to $120,000
• Senior Attorneys: $175,000 to $275,000
• Entry-Level/Non-Barred: $35/hour with fast-track advancement
• Bonus opportunities available

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active CA bar license (required for attorney roles)
