Position Summary:

The Sales Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales and Customer Service teams by managing inventory forecasts, monitoring customer demand, and ensuring product availability. This position helps optimize inventory levels, improve supply chain efficiency, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience in the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Enter daily sales forecasts for core customers into the inventory management system
  • Calculate forecast impacts on supply chain operations and overall inventory turnover
  • Analyze customer timelines to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Perform inventory assessments to align forecasted and non-forecasted customer demand
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess inventory
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Supply Chain teams to maintain product availability
  • Prepare inventory and forecasting reports for management review
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and system data
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory planning and forecasting
Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Inventory Coordinator, Inventory Analyst, or similar role preferred
  • Experience in the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with inventory forecasting and supply chain processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems or ERP software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
