Are you a proactive procurement professional who thrives on organization and detail? As the Purchasing Agent for MODE Renovation, you will be the backbone of our supply chain. You will ensure our 8,000 sq. ft. headquarters is always stocked with the American-made products our customers love, supporting a high-volume, one-day remodel schedule. This is a high-impact role where you'll manage the flow of materials that allow us to transform homes across Southern California.

• Supply Chain Management:
  Direct and coordinate the procurement of American-made materials and specialized "wetspace" renovation products.
• Vendor Relations:
  Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and reliable lead times.
• Inventory Control:
  Monitor stock levels at our Corona headquarters to support our rapid installation pace.
• Cost Optimization:
  Analyze pricing and negotiate terms to protect project margins while upholding our "Honest Contractor" standards.
• Operational Auditing:
  Maintain accuracy by auditing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing vendor invoices.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with Project Managers and the warehouse team to ensure the right materials are ready for our W2 installation teams.
• Data Integrity:
  Utilize project management software to track expenditures and provide insights for future procurement strategies.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years in purchasing or supply chain management, ideally within the construction or home remodeling industry.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel for cost analysis and inventory tracking.
• Software Savvy:
  Experience with Buildertrend, ERP systems, or similar platforms is a significant advantage.
• Negotiation

  Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with vendors and internal teams.
• Detail-Oriented: A "hawk-eye" for discrepancies in specifications, pricing, and quantities.
• Adaptability:
  The ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time (Monday–Friday), with weekends as required based on business needs.
