Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Corona, CA and focuses on supervising receiving, warehousing, shipping, and logistics operations in a bilingual environment. The Supervisor will oversee daily inbound and outbound material flow, including verifying shipments, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation. This position manages inventory organization and control, ensures safe and efficient material handling practices, and maintains warehouse cleanliness and order.

The Supervisor will lead and train team members, assign tasks, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement of processes and safety standards. The role also collaborates with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to meet schedules, resolve logistical issues, and support on-time, high-quality customer delivery.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory and leadership skills, including team coordination, training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
  • Hands-on experience with Shipping & Receiving processes, including documentation, carrier coordination, and packaging standards.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, such as cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory accuracy in warehouse systems.
  • Experience in Material Handling, including organizing materials, staging orders, and applying proper handling methods to prevent damage.
  • Proficiency in safe Forklift Operation and use of other warehouse equipment, with adherence to facility and regulatory safety guidelines.
  • Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) for effective communication with diverse teams and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with basic computer applications and warehouse management or ERP systems.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related industrial environments is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics-related training is a plus.
