Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.

• Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and properly spotting forklifts.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills and operate floor scrubbers, disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in compliance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain proper chemical inventories and replenish supplies as needed.
• Follow Company steel standard guidelines and report unsafe situations to management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Preferred to have prior experience in a maintenance or custodial role.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and possible premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
