Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales focused Assistant Spa Manager to drive spa operations. The Assistant Spa Manager will manage front desk operations, train sales associates, and collaborate with spa managers to create a client and team focused culture.
Ideal Candidate- Growth Focused Leadership – run front desk, train sales associates, work closely with managers to produce a client and team focused culture.
- Member Conversion & Customer Service – lead by example, connect with clients to offer individualized sales solutions, coach and motivate a sales team.
- Promote Health & Wellness – understand or learn about benefits of massages and facials, educate members and guests on services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
- Multi-Tasking Expertise – handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Passion to Drive Results – understand impact, flex strategy to drive results, accommodate business needs, available business hours including evenings and weekends.
