• Lead and inspire a high-performing FOH/BOH team
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance expectations
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards
• Manage inventory, P&L, and drive revenue growth
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient operation

• 3+ years GM experience in full-service dining
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands‑on approach and ability to work alongside team members, offering support, guidance and an extra set of hands, when needed
