Solar Canvassing Team Lead

Current Home is launching a new Field Marketing team in the Corona area and we are looking for an experienced leader to join the team. As a Solar Field Marketing team lead, you will set appointments for our in-home sales reps in the IE territory, helping homeowners lower their overall energy usage and costs, while also leading the team by example and driving their overall performance.

• You’ll be prospecting target communities and homeowners who will be impacted the most by industry changes
• You’ll attend manager meetings occasionally, focused around team, culture, and training
• Conduct team meetings to help drive individual team members' performance and growth
• Help to grow the field marketing team and drive performance
• Hourly + commissions (uncapped) + overrides on team performance
