Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, a President in the PRMG Legacy Division is an executive leader responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and long-term success of a specific brand for PRMG ("Brand"). The President will operate the Brand under a fictitious business name within PRMG's nationwide platform. This role provides strategic direction, executive oversight, and operational leadership across all aspects of the brand, including sales, marketing, fulfillment, compliance, and personnel development.

The President is accountable for setting and achieving production goals, strengthening market presence, cultivating a high-performing culture, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards consistent with PRMG's policies and procedures. Success in this role requires balancing strategic vision with hands on leadership to ensure alignment with PRMG's mission, values, and nationwide growth objectives.

• Strategic Leadership:
  Develop and execute business strategies to achieve production, revenue, and profitability targets for the Brand.
• Team Oversight:
  Lead, mentor, and support managers, loan officers, and support staff, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and retention for the Brand.
• Recruitment & Growth:
  Drive Brand expansion through recruitment of top-producing loan officers and branch managers, ensuring talent aligns with brand standards.
• Sales & Marketing:
  Oversee implementation of innovative sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to strengthen the Brand's competitive position.
• Operational Excellence:
  Ensure fulfillment operations maintain industry-leading efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Training & Development:
  Establish professional development programs that enhance team performance and promote career growth.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Analyze key metrics, generate reports, and present forecasts to senior leadership to guide business decisions.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Maintain expertise in mortgage industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and market competitiveness.
• Policy & Compliance:
  Monitor, evaluate, and enforce adherence to PRMG's policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and investor guidelines.
• Brand Stewardship:
  Ensure consistent alignment with PRMG's nationwide brand while fostering the unique identity of the Brand.
• Compensation Plans:
  Determine and set compensation plans for all commissioned employees in accordance with PRMG requirements.
• Travel:
  Periodic travel may be required to oversee Division operations, recruitment, and strategic initiatives.

• Three years or more of management experience in mortgage sales preferred; operations background a plus.

• Minimum of three years of related experience within the mortgage industry.

• Leadership and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.

• Proficient in MS Windows software.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics is preferred.
