Safely operate a variety of heavy equipment to transport raw materials from the pit to the plant at maximum loading capacity;
Adjust equipment settings using SOPs to maximize throughput and minimize cycle times;
Coordinate equipment positioning to support production flow;
Maintain loading areas and haul roads to meet safety standards;
Assist in training co-workers and junior operators on safe operation techniques and equipment maintenance
