Adura is a leading manufacturer specializing in Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Assembly. We are looking for a Manufacturing Assistant to join our team and support various production activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assist in the assembly, inspection, and production of PCBs and SMT components.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as Pick and Place machines, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), Reflow Ovens, and Wave Soldering machines.
• Support quality control by inspecting products for defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Perform material handling tasks, including organizing, labeling, and transporting components.
• Assist in setting up and calibrating machinery for production runs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with the production team.
• Support inventory tracking and replenishment of raw materials as needed.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) processes is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
