Hours & Pay
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience

In this role, you'll put your technical expertise to work daily by:
- Programming and operating Flow or Omax Waterjet machines to meet customer specifications and blueprint requirements
- Moving raw materials and finished parts to and from machines as needed
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints with precision and accuracy
- Using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure top-quality results
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment
- Working independently to complete assigned projects on time and to standard

WhatYou'll Need to Bring
Minimum 2 years of experience programming or operating waterjet machinery Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and technical plan interpretation Familiarity with different types of metals and their grades Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Stable work history with proven longevity at previous employers Effective communication skills in English (read, write, speak) Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations Preferred
Skills:
CAD training or formal schooling Willingness to train highly motivated candidates eager to grow in the role
