Assembly General Laborer
The Assembly General Laborer supports production operations by assembling components, operating basic tools and machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and teamwork to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble parts and products according to work instructions and blueprints
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with material handling, including lifting and moving items
- Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Previous assembly or general labor experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Dependability and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing or warehouse setting
- May involve repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
