IPG is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee daily production in our Operations department. This role ensures safe operation of equipment, coordinates production activities, and drives performance and quality objectives.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 2+ years in manufacturing leadership, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Lean Six Sigma preferred; ERP and MS Office proficiency required.
