Location: Corona, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm with occasional daily overtime and 4 hours on a Saturday if needed.

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial.
- MIG and/or ARC welding knowledge required
- Ability to successfully complete a weld test
- Experience using hand tools, air tools, and power tools preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Perform MIG and ARC welding tasks as assigned
- Complete general manual labor duties within the production area
- Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools safely and effectively
- Assist with material handling and production support tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
- Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.

What You Will DoAs a MIG Welder you will prepare materials, set up welding equipment, perform MIG welding operations, inspect completed welds, read blueprints, verify measurements, and help fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications. You will maintain welding equipment, follow quality standards, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations while producing consistent, high-quality work.
The MIG Welder supports manufacturing by joining metal components using MIG welding equipment and established fabrication procedures. This role requires strong welding skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
A successful MIG Welder understands welding processes, metal preparation, blueprint reading, and inspection techniques while maintaining safe operating practices and production efficiency. Reliable craftsmanship contributes directly to successful manufacturing operations.
