Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and lubrications; perform preventive maintenance;
Troubleshoot and replace basic mechanical components (conveyor belts, idlers, pulleys, water pumps);
Perform structural repairs and replace wear parts using welding/cutting/grinding;
Adhere to MSHA and OSHA; execute Lockout/Tagout protocols;
Record maintenance logs and observe operations for anomalies
