A Day in Your Week Set up TIG (GTAW) or MIG (GMAW) equipment to fit the job, then lay precise, consistent beads on a range of materials.

Study blueprints and technical drawings to plan fit‑ups, joints, and sequences before striking an arc.

Verify your work through visual checks and tests to confirm strength, accuracy, and finish meet our quality bar.

Keep machines, torches, and hand tools in peak condition with routine maintenance and care.

Coordinate with teammates to hit production milestones and keep projects on track.

Work safely—follow shop protocols, maintain a tidy station, and champion safe habits.

Share ideas that improve flow, reduce rework, and elevate craftsmanship.

What You Bring Hands‑on experience as a TIG/MIG welder with a portfolio or track record that shows your range and quality.

Welding certification or formal training preferred.
