Operate as an internal creative consultant, translating high level concepts into cohesive visual marketingresources -- mood boards, story arcs, pitch decks, and assets. Partner with content and creative teams working on projects across the brand portfolio. Translate brand briefs into a visual format that bringsbusiness objectives to life.
The Impact You'll Make:- Develop and design mood boards, story arcs, pitch decks, and assets that advance key business objectives and tell the story through clean, concise, and well-organized visuals.
- Develop and maintain brand management resources and customized toolkits such as PowerPointtemplates, tone of voice matrix, creative guidelines and marketing and sales collateral to ensure aconsistent look and feel for the department.
- Interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand visual resources.
- Leverage analytical tools to spot trends to present information in a way that is visually appealing andmeets business objectives.
- Distill complex information into clear messaging while incorporating smart visual solutions that impact major business decisions.
- Partner closely with Brand, Content / Creative, and Senior Leadership on yearly marketing planning for M-Claw and Strategic brands
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Visual communications, Media, Marketing,Communications, or related field of study
- Between 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, media, marketing or related field
- Between 1-3 years of experience in translating business objectives and brand briefs into compellingvisual and marketing concepts
- Excel, Word, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite Software(mainly Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign,) Power Point
- Experience with infographics (data analysis and data visualization)
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$70,304 - $78,740 USD
