LPN​/LVN Part Time Nights

Job Title and Overview

LVN – Psychiatric Unit (Part‑Time Night) at Corona Regional Rehabilitation Center in Corona, CA. Reports to the Nurse Manager and Director of Behavioral Health Services.

• Accountable for the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of health for patients assigned to your care.
• Deliver quality nursing care to patients with serious and persistent mental illness using specialized knowledge and nursing process skills.
• Work in conjunction with the Charge Nurse and may function as Relief Charge Nurse as needed.

• Knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis, terminology, and medical record charting.
• At least two (2) years experience working with clients with serious and persistent mental illness, preferably one year in an inpatient setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• California LVN license.
• BLS (CPR) Certificate.
• Assaultive Behavior Management Training required within 90 days of hire.
