Position: Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Corona, CA

Required Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position (specific hours discussed during interview process)

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ventilator management experience preferred
• COVID vaccination and boosters preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, comprehensive patient care by utilizing the full nursing process-including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice and maintain the highest standards in the Telemetry Unit
• Lead and educate patients and their families, communicating vital information regarding cardiac conditions, treatments, and progress
• Guide and supervise nursing personnel, maintaining a collaborative environment and ensuring all care provided meets established standards
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, respond to clinical changes, and communicate promptly with physicians regarding changes in patient status, diagnostic results, and symptomatology
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergent or evolving patient needs, making swift clinical decisions as required
