Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part Time Nights

Since 1965 the hospital that ultimately became Corona Regional Medical Center® has grown to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding community. The current facility is a 238‑bed network that includes a 160‑bed acute care hospital and a 78‑bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by the Joint Commission, employs more than 1,250 trained healthcare workers and has a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians representing more than 40 specialties.

Reporting to the Director of the Nursing Unit, Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for adult and geriatric patients’s personal hygiene and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), vital signs, application of ice bags, K‑Pads, assisting patients with transfer and bed movements, use of incentive spirometers, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. They provide emotional support to patients and document all interventions.

• California Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• Current BLS (CPR) required through the American Heart Association.
