Responsibilities
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Subacute, located at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital in Corona, CA.
Reporting to the Director, the mental health worker/certified nurse assistant will assist in the promotion, maintenance and restoration of health of patients assigned to his/her care. Responsibilities include assisting with ADL's, promoting wellness, health/education and clearly documenting patient activities. Responsible for adult and geriatric patients’ personal hygiene, ADL's, vital signs, application of ice bags, K‑Pads, assistance with TC and DB and use of the incentive spirometer, and providing a safe and comfortable environment for their patients.
They provide emotional support to their patients and document their interventions.
- Must have current, valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Current BLS (CPR) required through the American Heart Association.
