First Place Pediatrics LLC in Corona, CA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our in-home pediatric care team on the Monday–Friday PM shift (4:30pm–12:30am). You will provide one-on-one nursing support for a child with complex needs, including G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care.
You’ll review care plans with families, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and deliver patient-centered care in the home.
