Job

Salary: $25 per hour

• Perform detailed inspections of aerospace components and assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Document inspection results accurately in quality reports and maintain records in accordance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Identify and report non-conformances, working closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

• Blueprint reading and GD&T skills
• Knew aerospace manufacturing environment under AS9100 quality system
• Uses Calipers and Micrometers; CMM and CAD background is a plus
• Measures and records measurement results on Router and AS9102 reports
• Maintains quality standards by approving incoming goods, in-process production, and finished products
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Windows
• 5 years' experience with the above qualifications
