- Manufacture, inspect, and package products following written processes.
- Use microscope to assemble small components and inspect materials.
- Utilization of microscopes, magnifiers, and small tools to complete work instruction
- Meet or exceed daily production standards.
- Perform in-process quality inspections to standards, readily identify, and escalate
- Comply with all policies, work instructions, procedures,ISO
9001 and AS9100 requirements. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Cross-train across multiple operations within the quality department
- Prepare and submit Fai and FAIR packages to customers
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to make product judgements based on procedures and drawings.
- Ability to operate automated inspection equipment.
- Ability to utilize variable and attribute measuring equipment to determine product acceptance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Understanding manufacturing practices
- Basic understanding of geometric dimensioning, tolerancing, and blueprint interpretation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers
- Strong reading skills and visual comprehension
- Familiarity with blueprints and schematics
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good arithmetic to perform basic computations
- Ability to prioritize workloads
- Knowledge of AS9100D with ISO 9001: 2015 preferred
- Other duties as assigned
Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to complete Assembler Quality System Training
- Three (3) years of work experience in quality
- Trade or vocational school within manufacturing industry
