An Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures smooth store operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures.

Communicate effectively with store management and crews.

Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Support planning, execution, display, signage, and inventory of promotional and seasonal merchandise.

• Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work flexible full-time schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and respond to urgent issues.

• Experience as a retail supervisor.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Anticipated weekly hours: 40.
