In-Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Youwill perform customer service activities, including receiving and enteringtelephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracingorder status or product shipments
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
• You Will conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team is part of your role
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs
• You will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goodsaccessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
• You will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations

• Youhave a high school diploma / GED
• More than one year (1+) of Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales is preferred
• You should have excellent customer service skills to be successful in thisrole
• You do not have a DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictionswithin the last ten (10) years

Pay range: $22.91 - $33.61 hourly.
