• Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments.
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team as part of the role.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
• Promote add‑on sales of gases and high‑margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in‑store sales representative.
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing.
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations.

• High school diploma / GED required.
• More than one year (1+) of Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills necessary for success in this role.
• No DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictions within the last ten (10) years.

Pay range: $22.91 - $33.61 hourly.
