We are looking for a highly skilled Aesthetic Sales Closer to join our growing team. This role is designed for someone with exceptional sales skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to convert consultations into committed clients.
Responsibilities:- Conduct one-on-one, in-person consultations to sell aesthetic services, focusing on hair restoration and regenerative solutions.
- Present and explain treatment options in a clear and compelling manner.
- Close sales and consistently exceed revenue goals.
- Provide post-consultation follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered.
- Record client information and sales metrics accurately.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in aesthetics or regenerative health.
- Proven ability to close sales in a one-on-one consultation setting.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with flexible hours based on client needs.
- 1099 Commission-Based
- Estimated earnings: $100,000 - $150,000+ (no commission cap)
