Territory Business Development Executive - Outside Sales Representative & Account Manager

$70K–$80K Base + Commission + Bonus ($100K+ Potential)

Inland Empire Based (15 corridor, Temecula to Rancho Cucamonga)

What You’ll Do:

• Knocking on doors, meeting decision-makers, and earning their trust.
• Prospect, qualify, present, and close in a long term relationship based sales environment.
• Build a pipeline, nurture relationships, and turn prospects into loyal clients.
• Represent Service First Restoration, one of SoCal’s most trusted names in water, mold and fire restoration and construction.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $70K–$80K (DOE)
• Commissions: Target $15K+ first year
• Bonus: Up to $15K+ for exceeding goals
• Total Potential: $100K+ if you have the skills and do the work!

• Proven outside sales experience or undeniable raw talent with unstoppable energy and charisma.
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face selling.
• Coachable, competitive, and confident.
