Our client is seeking a National Account Executive to drive strategic sales growth and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for setting sales targets, developing plans to achieve company objectives, and building a culture of success within the organization.
Location:
Ideally headquartered out of Corona, CA, but there is the possibility of remote if you have proven industry experience and can bring an existing book of business.

Compensation Detail:
This is typically a commission sales role and as such there is a Wide compensation range: $100K–$200K base (depending on experience and portfolio).
- Sell to manufacturers nationwide that consume plastic components.
- Professional office setting
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Occasional travel, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Must have a clean driving record and be insurable
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and business growth.
- Foster a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Manage all sales operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
- Define optimal sales force structure and processes.
- Create annual sales plans aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.
- Provide monthly sales and key account updates to leadership.
- Implement and oversee sales policies and practices.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recommend improvement strategies.
- Manage multi-channel selling strategies.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and reports.
- Monitor market trends and customer activity, providing feedback to leadership.
- Manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities.
- Travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies and corporate sales plans.
- Strong experience in building and managing territories and networks.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage key accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Business acumen and results-driven mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
