What You’ll Do Customer Experience & Sales Support- Be the first point of contact — greet clients and create a welcoming, professional experience
- Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries with speed and confidence
- Assist customers with questions, scheduling, and service coordination
- Identify opportunities to support sales efforts and enhance customer relationships
- Keep systems organized and up to date (CRM, spreadsheets, internal tools)
- Coordinate appointments, calendars, and follow‑ups
- Support daily office operations and team projects
- Help streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Recent college grads or entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems, or quick learner)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive, high‑energy attitude with a “figure‑it‑out” mindset
- Self‑starter who takes initiative and follows through
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
