- Must be 18+ years old
- Experience in direct or commission‑based sales preferred
- Self‑motivated with a strong willingness to learn
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Applicants must hold a valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License. If not yet licensed, you will be hired as a Sales Scheduler (paid at minimum wage, capped at 35 hours/week) until you obtain the HIS license.
Applicants must hold a valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License. If a candidate is selected but does not yet possess this license, they will be hired initially as a Sales Scheduler (paid at minimum wage and capped at 35 hours/week). Upon successfully obtaining the HIS license, the employee will transition into the Solar Sales Direct Seller role, which is 100% commission‑based.
