, we’re looking for a driven Senior Sales Professional who thrives on the challenge of building relationships, opening new doors, and growing a territory. This role offers an introductory base salary, future draw, unlimited commissions, and premier benefits. The past four years’ territory earnings have exceeded $300,000 plus each year.

• Prospect and develop new commercial roofing customers
• Build long‑term relationships with property owners, facility managers, and decision‑makers
• Identify customer needs and provide roofing solutions that deliver value
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities
• Partner with operations to ensure customers receive exceptional service
• Grow your territory through persistence, creativity, and determination

• You enjoy a challenge and don’t get discouraged by hearing “no”
• You naturally seek out new business rather than waiting for leads
• You’re competitive and motivated by achieving goals
• You’re organized enough to keep opportunities moving without letting important details fall through the cracks
• You know when to delegate so you can focus on what you do best, building relationships and closing business
• You communicate with confidence and build trust quickly
• You take ownership of your results and enjoy being rewarded for performance

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Roofing sales experience is required
• Experience in growing market share
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem‑solve
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
• Excellent time management and follow‑up skills
