Outside Sales Account Executive

$50-55K base + uncapped residual commission = $70-100K OTE

Naviron is partnered with an established, growing facilities services company that's looking for an experienced outside sales account executive to own new business development in their Inland Empire territory. This is a full cycle hunter role with a clear path to a book of residual, recurring commission income.

This is a field-based territory role. Candidates must live in the Inland Empire to work the territory daily.

• Prospect and self-source new business via cold outreach, networking, and in-territory calling
• Run full-cycle sales from discovery, in-person meetings/presentations with owners and executives, negotiation, to close
• Build and manage a territory and client book that generates compounding residual income over time
• Partner cross-functionally (ops, AR, account management) to drive client retention post-sale

• 1-3+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B outside sales experience
• A track record of self-sourcing new business
• Comfort with a consultative sales motion, not just price-based selling
• Strong organizational skills to manage your own territory and pipeline independently
• A structured, process-oriented approach to sales
• $50-55K base + uncapped, residual commission
