. We are seeking a high-energy, growth-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our market expansion. This is a purely business-side role focused on hunting for new clients, researching emerging markets, and bringing relevant enterprise customers into our sales pipeline.

• Drive market development by identifying and targeting new enterprise customers across the robotics, AI, and tech sectors.
• Conduct rigorous market research to uncover emerging startups, research labs, and stealth-mode companies in need of video training data.
• Own the full sales cycle from strategic cold outreach and initial pitches to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive networking, industry event attendance, and digital prospecting.
• Manage client relationships to ensure long‑term retention and identify upsell opportunities.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise business development, or account management, preferably selling data, software, or tech services.
• Proven track record of independently sourcing leads, opening doors, and hitting revenue targets.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex enterprise procurement processes and negotiate commercial contracts.
• High motivation and grit to research a niche industry and map out potential buyers.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills to connect with decision‑makers and business leaders.

• Existing network or connections within robotics companies, AI startups, or autonomous systems developers.
• Prior experience working in a fast‑paced tech startup or data‑related industry.
