We are a couture bridal salon in beautiful Newport Beach looking for a stylish, warm, motivated Bridal Stylist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people, has a strong eye for fashion and styling, and takes pride in providing exceptional, personalized service. You’ll work one-on-one with brides to help them find the gown that makes them feel confident, beautiful, and completely themselves.

As a Bridal Stylist, you will be responsible for creating a high-end, welcoming experience from the moment a bride and her loved ones walk through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Styling brides and helping them select their dream wedding gown!
• Conducting personalized, attentive bridal appointments and consultations
• Providing expert guidance on gowns, silhouettes, fabrics, veils, accessories, and overall bridal looks based on her vision and personality
• Building genuine relationships with brides and creating a memorable luxury shopping experience
• Following up with clients and helping manage the full appointment-to-sale process
• Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and booking appointments
• Greeting clients and creating an inviting, polished salon environment
• Assisting with reception and front-desk responsibilities
• Maintaining the appearance, organization, and cleanliness of the salon
• Assisting with other day-to-day salon responsibilities as needed

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy boutique environment
• Professional, polished, and passionate about delivering luxury-level service
• Comfortable working weekends, as that's when we're busiest!
• A positive team player who takes initiative without always needing to be asked

* Bridal, luxury retail, fashion, styling, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

We pay a base hourly rate depending on experience, however we are a commission based store! You will make commission on every item sold, and there are no commission caps.

* Additional Bonuses are available when achieving certain milestones in sales!

Our ideal candidate is available 4-5 days / week, and is available to work weekends as Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days!
