$22.00 to $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Are you a skilled troweler looking to take your craft to the next level? We're seeking an experienced Troweler to join our growing 4‑person installation team in Corona, CA.

• 98% troweling work: focus on your craft with dedicated time for quality installation
• Material handling and site staging
• Maintaining organized, safe work areas
• Collaborating with experienced foremen and installation team members
• Occasional travel (25%) to diverse project sites

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of troweling experience (non‑negotiable)
• Rubber surfacing experience (required)
• Availability for overtime and 25% travel
• 1 year of forklift experience is a plus!

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55+ lbs. PPE provided.
