Rubber Surfacing Specialist; Troweler

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

We re seeking an experienced Troweler to join our growing 4-person installation team in Corona, CA.

• 98% Troweling Work:
  Focus on your craft with dedicated time for quality installation.
• Material handling and site staging.
• Maintaining organized, safe work areas.
• Collaborating with experienced foremen and installation team members.
• Occasional travel (25%) to diverse project sites.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of troweling experience (non-negotiable).
• Rubber surfacing experience (required).
• Availability for overtime and 25% travel.
• 1 year of forklift experience is a plus!

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting
. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55+ lbs
