Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to support our service team during peak seasonal periods. You will help ensure vehicle readiness, assist technicians with basic repairs, and participate in our TRAIL program for hands-on learning and future Service Technician growth.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a hands-on mindset, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work a flexible 40-hour week, including weekends and holidays, is required.
