We are looking for a talented, multi-skilled Handyman or Carpenter with skills in multiple trades. The ideal candidate is committed to quality work, excellent customer service, and the ability to complete tasks in a timely, professional manner.

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Tile work
• Basic plumbing and electrical

• 3+ years of handyman experience
• Own truck or van and the necessary tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades including drywall, plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical
• Quick thinker with trouble-shooting skills and the ability to resolve problems promptly
• Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Clean-cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools

Compensation: $52,000.00 – $64,000.00 per year
