Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday / 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Lead Your Own Crew in Specialty SurfacingAre you a seasoned construction professional ready to take the lead? We're seeking an experienced Installer Foreman to oversee job site operations and mentor a dedicated crew of 3 installers in the specialized rubber surfacing industry.
What You'll Do- Supervise and support a crew of 3 installers, fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Lead daily job site activities, including material offloading, staging, and site preparation.
- Perform and oversee surfacing installations from start to finish.
- Read and interpret construction plans, take accurate measurements, and execute graphic layouts for surfacing designs.
- Conduct site checks to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience as an Installer Foreman, Lead Installer, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on troweling experience within construction or surfacing environments.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Proficiency using GoCanvas and Company Cam.
- Availability to travel (25% of the time).
- This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting.
- Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment.
- Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55+ lbs.
- PPE provided.
