Commercial HVAC Service Technician III

Position Summary

Level‑3 Commercial HVAC Service Technician. Use experience in problem solving and troubleshooting to communicate with clients and provide solutions for repairing HVAC systems. Responsible for sourcing all material or equipment needed to complete jobs and exceed client expectations.

• Proficient in mechanical system troubleshooting:
  • Refrigeration cycle and components
  • Chilled water systems
  • Pumps

  • Understanding of variable refrigerant flow
  • Troubleshooting
  • Repairs
  • Air distribution systems
  • Spiral ducts
  • Rectangular ducts
  • Zoning design
  • Equipment larger than 40 tons

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 8+ years HVAC experience
• Trade school completion
• Clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA Universal Certification
